The policy and application process for meetings to be considered for ‘EGS Likes’:

1. Only meetings organized by a scientific society are eligible.
2. Applications should be submitted at least 3 months prior to the planned date of the meeting.
3. The programme should be sent to the EGS Secretary who will forward it to EGS Officers and the Programme Planning Committee (PPC) Chair for
   consideration. An English language version of the programme must be supplied. The programme will be considered by the PPC based on scientific and
   educational merit.
4. The EGS Exco will consider the application for final approval, after which the meeting organiser will be notified.

1. Details of the meeting will be posted on the EGS website, with the logo, meeting date and link to the programme.
2.  EGS will advertise the ‘EGS Likes’ meeting in the EGS Newsletter. EGS will not send direct mailing to the EGS members.
3. The meeting organiser may include the ‘EGS Likes’ stamp in the meeting’s program and promotional materials. The logo will be emailed to the organiser upon approval.
4. Kindly note that the EGS logo is not allowed to be posted on any commercial activity, e.g. lunch symposia or similar events.
