In this Dry lab Glaucoma, you will have the opportunity to acquire or refine practical skills under the guidance of experienced glaucoma surgeons. Two innovative artificial eye models will be utilized to assist you in learning or improving surgical techniques. Artificial eyes for the practice of trabeculectomy, Preserflo Microshunt, and tube surgery (such as Baerveldt, Ahmed & PAUL implant) will be available.
This course is specifically designed for ophthalmologists seeking specialization in glaucoma surgery and for surgical residents with experience or a particular interest in glaucoma surgery. The Dry Lab course spans a 3-hour session and is made possible through the support of Théa Pharma and Medical Workshop. There is space for 19 participants, each with an individual workstation.
