Certain diagnostic criteria likely carry more weight than others, e.g. Haab striae, axial length. […] Haab striae are a strong indicator of congenital glaucoma. Corneal diameter should be monitored over time. If it exceeds the age-related normal growth, it can be a sign of uncontrolled IOP. […] Axial length is an important value for establishing the diagnosis. It is important for monitoring, as it can give information about the IOP during a given time interval.
