    Dear European glaucoma society team,
Many thanks for organizing a special education program for young specialists.
I am a doctor from a developing country. I am so happy that your society gave me a chance to visit one of the best glaucoma clinics in Europe. This travel was very fruitful, as I expected. During this observership, I gained a lot of knowledge in the care of patients with glaucoma. I have found answers to many questions that I was asking myself and could not find reasonable answers from the literature. Many thanks to professor Augusto Azuaro-Blanco who was so kind and attentive to me. I followed him in operation theatres where he explained to me every type of operation for glaucoma and disclosed the secrets of surgery. Also, I followed him in consulting rooms where I also expanded my knowledge in non-pharmacological glaucoma care. Professor Azuaro-Blanco organized a high-standard and nicely tailored educational program for me for one month.
