The European Glaucoma Society (EGS) Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are memberships of most active glaucoma experts and scientists throughout Europe with special interest in discrete scientific areas of glaucoma.

With the common aim to promote evidence based medicine and to disseminate the results of translational research, the EGS SIGs provide forums on specific glaucoma topics to facilitate exchange of ideas, stimulate discussions and encourage collaborations.
